Drill specialists is a fast-paced, no nonsense, built-to-win section, where team members learn advanced drill movements, complex formations, and sharp precision foot drill. Progressing further, the 12th Kuala Lumpur Company aims to prepare a second team of specialists.
The 12th Kuala Lumpur Company aims to send a team of Boys who show proficiency and undying commitment in Drill as well as strong Esprit-De-Corps and togetherness.

DRUMLINE
At the 12th Kuala Lumpur Boys’ Brigade Drumline, we want you to have the best experience of learning, performing and competing. Formed in 2013, the Drumline was a significant part of the Company. We strive to provide members with a wholesome musical education through percussion and appreciate the art of marching music. The drumline has performed in various major events in the school and company, and has built its reputation to be the best provider of entertainment in the events. The percussion ensemble provides you the chance to discover your talent in percussion and showcase it to the public. The percussion ensemble also encourages self-learning as we are a fast progressing musical team. In order to provide the best learning and performing experience, we use the best equipment.
Our Weekly Practice Schedule is as follows:
Tuesday (after school): 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Saturday (during parade): 8.00am - 9.30am
*All members are required to attend all practices for the betterment of the percussion team.

“BE DIFFERENT”

The 12th Kuala Lumpur Boys’ Brigade BagPipe Band was launched on 12 Dec 2018 in conjunction with the 12th Year Anniversary of the Company. This is the latest project initiated by 12thKL and we look forward to welcome you to be part of the team. We have a vision for an educational trip to the World Pipe Band Championship, Glasgow, Scotland.

The Instructor
Lion City Pipe Band (LCPB) is being led by Mr Ong Wey Shi (Pipe Major), Mr Cai Long Kuan (Pipe Sergeant) and Mr Brandon Choo (Drum Sergeant). The focus and aim of LCPB is to create multiple avenues for performance and competition, for the bagpipers to showcase their skills and talents.
