International Relations Program 2017

On the 29th of May 2017, The 12th Kuala Lumpur Boy’s Brigade Company organise an International Relations Program with the 49th Singapore Company. The program was held in Wesley Methodist School Kuala Lumpur (International).
The event started at 3.30p.m. when the members from the 49th Singapore Company arrived. They were welcomed and greeted by The 12th Kuala Lumpur Company. Then, the members between both companies started to bond and create friendships as they played team building games conducted by members from both companies. Everyone enjoyed as they had fun playing.
Other than that, the members from both of the companies showed, demonstrated and explained the difference between the drill and badges in Malaysia and Singapore. Members from both companies also shared about their experience in Boys’ Brigade, as well as some of the achievements and events of their company. The members from both of the companies also exchanged their own badges to each other. All of us gained more knowledge and learned about the difference between Malaysia Company and Singapore Company.
Both of the company had their own music team. The 12th Kuala Lumpur had their own Percussion Team while The 49th Kuala Lumpur had their own Bagpipe Team. Both of the Teams used their own musical styles to perform music and it was an eye opener for everyone.
At the end, members of the 12th Kuala Lumpur Company had a photo session with the 49th Singapore Company. Everyone enjoyed the program and took some of the knowledge that they learned back. Dinner was provided for everyone and everyone was dismissed after they had dinner.
